Hello. I am in need of another server to help balance out my server load. The network has about 300 users on at any given time. You can reach me at irc.paranoianet.com in #routing. My nickname there is Ancient. If I don't respond right away, please wait and I will get to you as soon as possible. For anyone interested, everything will be discussed in #routing.

Correct. I only have one stable server at the moment, and need another. I don't have the funds to purchase an ircd myself, or I would do that. |

Of course.
The prospective admin would be on a three week test link to test the stability of the server, and to make sure everyone gets along. While on test link status, you would have a server admin oline, but no services access. After you've passed the test link, you'll be given access. |

I believe what they are asking for are required specs, like IRCd, uplink speed, does it need to be on a dedicated box or can it be a shell account from a reputable company, etc, not just the required uptime during the test link phase.
