I think we fall into the category of people who are smart enough to realise that bringing an obvious support to either side will generate a terrible flamewar and end in bannings...

| From what I've observed, most politically-based topics start off on the right foot - then some asshat will come along and bring petty namecalling into the fray... from there it degrades into one massive topic-wide flamewar with little to no restraint on any of the participant's behalves - then the mods step in and do their bit (edit/delete/ban as necessary) |
