Hi

Nevitus is developing an IRC Services deamon in C++. It's aims at being as modular, flexible and feature-complete as possible.

The services are built on an Object Oriented code and (almost) EVERYTHING can be loaded and unloaded during runtime. With 0 modules and IRCd protocol loaded, the services will only link to the remote server and respond to pings. I (Ankit) have been coding these services for a while now and I feel the need to include more coders as my TODO list keeps growing.

Right now, Nevitus IRC Services only support *NIX and link only to InspIRCd 1.2. However, they should be able to link to any IRCd in the future.
If you are interested in helping out with the services in any way (developing, testing, documenting etc), please join #nevitus on irc.nevitus.com.
